How do I access care through DrHerbs?

DrHerbs can be accessed in simple steps:

1. Download or open WhatsApp app or  WeChat on your mobile device, scan the QR code to add contact, or search WeChat ID: VancouverTCM to add contact.

You can also add phone number +1 6045186455 to connect via WhatsApp.

2. Fill in the intake form at drherbs.ca, and submit it through your app.

3. Answer pre-call questions and confirm your appointment for consultation via video/voice chat.

4. At the end of the consultation, you will receive an invoice and instructions for payment.

5. Provide shipping information if a prescribed remedy need to be shipped.

WeChat and WhatsApp server do not keep chat records for your privacy.

Tech support, security, and privacy are all important concerns for telemedicine consultations. You don’t need to use your full name as long as you provide the correct name for the shipping address.

How can I get the herbal remedy prescribed after consulting?

If you live in an area where we have an office, you may pick up the remedy in store. Otherwise, we can ship your order, or direct you to a local herbal remedy market.
